Cancellation Policy

Your time is precious and so is ours. That is why we kindly ask all clients who are not able to make their scheduled appointment, to please contact us to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hrs before your appointment time. This ensures that we are able to re book you in at the earliest time available, and we could possibly offer your cancelled time to another client. Thank you.
