We understand that time is precious and not everyone is able to meet with us in studio. This is why we are so happy to be able to offer you an online video conference appointment with Mel, so you can discuss your upcoming event and all the details of your couture garment.

Cancellation Policy

Your time is precious and so is ours. That is why we kindly ask all clients who are not able to make their scheduled appointment, to please contact us to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hrs before your appointment time. This ensures that we are able to re book you in at the earliest time available, and we could possibly offer your cancelled time to another client. Thank you.
